Guests are also welcome to explore the property, enjoy the walking trail, and make use of other common areas on Heartwood Mountain as desired, while respecting other guests. Starlit Haven is one of four yurts located atop Heartwood Mountain, a beautiful local ridgeline overlooking the local forest and game lands of the PA Wilds. While each yurt offers privacy, you will have neighbors, though this will in no way detract from your nature experience. Things to Note: • Pet fee must be paid prior to arrival and noted on your reservation. • WINTERTIME: Please note that 4WD/AWD is highly recommended during the winter months (December-March). During heavy snowstorms or ice on the roads - 4WD/AWD is required. While we do plow and salt the roads, they can still be difficult to traverse using a regular vehicle, especially if we have had a lot of snow. Use caution.
