I really loved this place, the layout was lovely and spacious. King size bed where i slept like a log. I had two lovely days here to rejuvenate myself and did just that! Great location, parking was right around the corner.
We had a great time over St.Pattys day..great location to the Irish bars and loved that there was a breakfast sandw/bakery right next door. Just a couple things to note for other travelers to keep in mind...the steps up to the apt are steep, the bathroom is not right next to the bedroom, and the parking garage is about half a block away. You can likely drop luggage at door if a space is open though. There was the courthouse clock chiming on the hour and some typical city street news but ear plugs worked fine. Peter was a great host and kept in touch. We will def book again if we go again.
Our stay at Peter’s Airbnb was great! We were there for a trade show at the convention center and we walked A block and a half each day to get there. The parking was limited on the street but not to worry! Peter had that literally covered as he supplied a code for free covered parking in a parking garage . It was only about a block away. The place itself was beautifully decorated. Simple but very homey and welcoming. We loved the big light filled windows that had room darkening curtains for a peaceful night sleep. There were thoughtful touches too including very effective earplugs for light sleepers. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to prepare our meals there. We were Airbnb Super Hosts for over ten years. When we stay at one now, we look for clean, comfortable spaces where you can feel the heart of the host. This was definitely a find and we highly recommend it!
The space is clean and very cute. The bed is very comfortable. Just a few callouts for my experience personally. Its a noisy area of town and the walls are thin. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work so it was a little hot. The lock on the main door to the building was not working properly during my visit. The host never responded about if they have an iron at their location, so it made planning for a nice evening a little difficult not knowing that, they do have one though.
